Commemorated party:

The slab originally commemorated a member of the Van der Heede family, as indicated by the heraldry, although the name is now illegible; the later inscription mentions Harmen Ludolfz., who according to the register of graves died in 1574.

The register of graves records this slab as situated in row 9 (grave 3) of the central choir (R9 G3)

Short description:

Rectangular 'headstone' (hooftstuck) featuring a badly worn earlier inscription in Gothic textualis lettering above a centrally placed shield, with a later inscription in Roman majuscule below

Condition:

The slab is badly worn and the original text is largely illegible, but it is otherwise complete
